When a woman chooses to come to recovery, she often arrives with nothing or very little.
Joanne arrived at LIFE Recovery with everything she owned in one backpack. She had made the brave decision to leave behind a difficult situation and say yes to recovery. But she walked through our doors with almost nothing.

No warm clothes.

No funding.

No toiletries.

No basic comforts.
Just courage and hope that her life could change. That first moment should have been filled with dignity and care. But too often, women like Joanne begin their recovery journey feeling unprepared, unseen, and empty-handed.
